The main field of our research are the applications of widely understood computer graphics and high performance parallel computing. In particular our field of interest is processing of spatial data, such as point clouds, digital models of terrain, buildings and other objects in multidimensional space. That type of big data needs very high computing power and optimization algorithms, which is the second branch of our research activities.
